For sites on the map
Contributors can choose to have their name displayed with the site information or not.
The copyright for uploaded images remains with the original copyright holder.
The responsability for the information entered lies with the contributor.
The data managers reserve the right to change or delete incorrect or inappropriate contributions.
Contributors of 10 or more sites are acknowledged personaly (if desired) in resulting publications.
Contributors that want to get involved scientifically are requested to please contact us.
For research data, in the current mode of ad-hoc data sharing, conditions will
be discussed with each contributor. Benefits fo sharing can range from having interesting
scientific discussions, connecting to an active network of treeline researchers,
visibility for your work and citation of your publications, use of data in the database,
to co-authorship in resulting publications.
